Different Types of Documents

Understanding the different Governing Documents is key to being a good neighbor!

  • A Declaration of Covenants sets the standards for the community, defines how assessments are collected and used, and more.

  • Bylaws describe the organizational structure of the corporation and its requirements.

  • Amendments represent changes to the original documents.

  • Guidelines are set by the Board of Directors to define more specific rules and requirements.
