Leasing

Leasing is permitted in Whittington, though there are restrictions.

• All leases must be for at least 1 year. Short-term leases are not allowed, including those through services like AirBNB and VRBO.

• Anyone renting out their home must provide their off-site mailing address for communications that need to be sent to the Members of the Association.

• Homeowners are responsible for ensuring that their tenants are given all community rules, and that their tenants follow those rules.
